Without a doubt our rights are bestowed on us by our Creator, God.
The right to free speech the right to think what we want, the right to defend ourselves and bare arms is not given to us by a Government it is an unalienable right, no power on earth gives it or can take it away.

Except Question EVERYTHING
This includes Christianity.
The Bible was written by man.
Do you believe that none of the Christian faith has been corrupted by the same evils that have completely corrupted the world we currently live in?
Not bashing Christ Himself...but blindly following words written by man is dumb and emotional. Being a critical thinker is something Christ respects...especially if you're doing it with Light in your heart.
Look up "Q source" in relation to the Bible. Now ask yourself if there is a chance that corrupt things have not only been added or changed...but possibly also removed!
Question EVERYTHING

You're confusing Christianity, a term used to define a type of relationship with God, with the very human institution of the Church, which, like any other human institution, is healthy to vet and question.

What I question is how the Bible mentions a country that didn’t exist until 1946

Except Christianity is one of the foundation stones of Western Civilization.

Yes
I know that. The values of Christianity are core to all decent people and countries on this planet. But the organized religion aspect should not be blindly followed. You should literally question everything.

Doesn't explain how European whites had countries and civilizations before christianity though.

He has a point, though. I mean, think:
Even given that Western Civ was founded (partly) in Christianity, it's also factual that the Bible was kept in Latin for over a millennium. It took a movement of devout Christians to begin the process of subverting Catholic law by translating it to European tongues.

I posted the very 'Q source' in the Reddit days.
The Gospel of Thomas.
I read it that many times I know the logia by memory.
Then I found the truth in which you question in the Bible.
Thanks to Christianity's birth from Jewish tradition- the art of record keeping and preserving was present throughout.
Codex Sinaiticus and Codex Vaticanus are immense. In finding them; The Gospel of Thomas diminished and the inconsistencies with the Bible manifested to me.
