It will get thrown out. It would set multiple false precedents. Not to mention, Remington can use the opportunity to show it didn’t even happen. Now that would be an awakening for people.

It will get thrown out based on this one line here based on the first amendment. "It also alleges Remington targeted younger, at-risk males in marketing and product placement in violent video games." Antonio Scalia a supreme court justice cast the deciding vote in 2010 that video games are protected speech under the first amendment. This whole ruling and lawsuit is unconstitutional from the start.

Not if every executive and lawyer on their side is found to have 2TB of child porn on their windows 95 computers.

Is it BS or perhaps its a way to bring about discovery of facts of what happened that day? Guess we'll just have to wait

This could actually be a good thing, if it creates an opportunity to examine more closely the events of Sandy Hook. There are a lot of very troubling issues with that whole event. Wolfgang Halbig tried to get answers to a great deal of common questions surrounding the cleanup and was threatened into backing off.
Questions like:
Why were no EMTs allowed into the building? Why were no medvac helicopters called in? Why is it that there were no wounded survivors that were taken to a hospital?

And why no parents sued anyone when their children were not given the opportunity for any potential life-saving attention!

The Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act is also commonly referred to as the "Gun Protection Act." The law dismissed all current claims against gun manufacturers in both federal and state courts and pre-empted future claims. The law could not be clearer in stating its purpose: "To prohibit causes of action against manufacturers, distributors, dealers, and importers of firearms or ammunition products, and their trade associations, for the harm caused solely by the criminal or unlawful misuse of firearm products or ammunition products by others when the product functioned as designed and intended."

How about the FED For destroying the world economy or the IRS for theft.
[–] TheRealIndianaJoe 0 points 1 point 1 point (+1|-0) ago
Whole lot of evidence is missing from this happening.
[–] 58wise 1 point 17 points 18 points (+18|-1) ago
How do you insert evidence into public awareness? Enjoy the show. Newtown was a drill. All will be exposed.
[–] ReadPastHeadlines 0 points 9 points 9 points (+9|-0) ago
If it was a drill then why did they evacuate the same people over and over as they walked in circles back through the building?
If this wasn't a real shooting, then how do you explain every parent seen on TV having an acting background?
You filthy conspiracy theorist! I know a guy who lives near Maine and they have friends who are sad about the shooting happening. You have no heart repeating these hateful lies.

I had that video and lost it. Do you have a copy or link?
[–] CMAnon 0 points 2 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago
I really hope so. Enough oddities for a couple books. The one that gets me is that everyone in the area of Newtown had their mortgages paid off. https://archive.is/4zeKl

This. First they have to prove Adam Lanza did it, then they have to prove he did it with the particular weapon (Bushmaster).

Recently I have been hearing the Sandy Hook Promise commercial on the radio and I find it really annoying. Don't try to brainwash me into thinking I can stop school shootings by voting for gun control.
