Game of Thrones. I don't like fantasy themed books and movies so I resisted watching even when friends tried to make me watch. Just gave in and started it a few weeks ago. Really like it.

Fuck man.... You aren't wrong

I'm in conflict

edit: to add some context. I agree, being single for so long I've started to enjoy myself more. Yes.

But I try not to make it self deprecating, or over exaggerate it to be like, "I'm single and proud"

no. Fuck I'd love to have sex tonight if it were a plausible option. But at the same time... man relationships can be just as much a headache as loneliness. But that's the joy of it too I guess .

I guess the real key is to enjoy your life, with or without someone. Its going to suck in some way anyway.

Marijuana -- I always had an aversion to the stereotypical stoner crowd. Then after college and cementing a good start on getting my shit together, I met a guy that was at a pretty high level in his company and was an enthusiast on the DL. But he was really successful and had a great family and basically fit none of the norms I'd always seen. Decided to give it a shot on my own with the whole social element removed, ended up really enjoying it. I still stay dry for months at a time though, I don't have the inclination to go find a hookup so I guess I'll just wait it out until I can buy it at a store.

Shameless plug for Ohioans to End Prohibition, they're the only viable organization with an ethical approach to legalization in Ohio. They've passed the ballot board and are going to start collecting signatures soon, and they'll need over 300K to get this on the ballot in the November election. I'd encourage any fellow Ohio people to check them out, and get involved if you're that type of person.

Cilantro. I used to think it tasted like soap and couldn't figure out why people would ruin their food with it but then I realized it's one of those "less is more" things. Now I can't resist it!

Time to poop on the cilantro party: http://time.com/3974244/cilantro-feces/

For real though, you'll be fine.

I saw that, I was disturbed. Then I checked where my cilantro was from and it became a non-issue. But, ew.

Same story for me! In high school, the only dancing was of the bumping and grinding sort. I did NOT have the confidence for that. After I graduated high school, I found a swing dancing club at college. They were really accepting and excited to help me learn! Now I have a tiny bit of confidence when it comes to dancing.
