I use CBC industry uppers. Much cheaper and far faster delivery.

See if there is a blimished kit. You can save around 250 on them.

I got that when I made my first with 80%. You need more help just message me.

Save your money. Have you tried the mini 30? The dumbshits are obsessed with the whole ar platform or aks, but no one talks about mini 30s. It's a great gun and it is chambered in 7.62. The downside is they are around one grand.

You can either have a black angry gun that makes people suspicious of you, or you can have a more reliable wooden gun that has a bit more power and penetration for a bit more.

Honestly you should have both, a platform of shotgun, and a .22 for small game hunting in the apocalypse, but not everyone is made of money.

heres the same comment i made about a month ago

I got mine through https://80percentarms.com . They also sell a jig to complete it. All you need is:

A drill press. A drill will work fine but a press is a lot easier. I got one from harbor freight for like 50 bucks i think. Did just fine.

Router. Do not get one from harbor freight. You want one that locks into place well once you set the depth of the bit.

3/8'', 5/32'' and 19/64'' drill bits. The 3/8'' does need to be set for a specific depth. You can play around with the drill press and get it perfect but the jig does have a depth gauge made into it for that bit . I just stuck the bit in the gauge and tack welded a 3/8'' washer to it. Bada bing bada boom

And a routing bit. Which I would get off of their website, works great.

Also a vice does come in handy but i did it without one. Which was kinda gay, a vice is much nicer.

then buy a complete upper of your choosing and a lower parts kit
