I thought it was a conspiracy theory that there even were smugglers. This more proves the need for a wall, but keep doubling down, corporate media.

Washington Post writers will always look at the negative. The new wall must be vastly superior. Impediments to smugglers is always a good thing. It’s like an arms race.

Why is our federal government so inept and ineffective?

Because they don't want a wall. The anti-whites want you replaced. Big business needs cheap labor and ways to depress American workers their wages and standard of living.

Even assuming this report is true, it's pretty much expected. There is no barrier that determined humans cannot find a way to physically circumvent: whether through saws, plasma cutters, ramps, ropes, catapults, or other methods. What a barrier does is delay invaders long enough for humans to respond and detain them.

Also need to curb illegal alien voting and women voting (they vote for the unlimited open borders and welfare).

We all know this is what's necessary but the bleeding hearts won't even give us a damn wall. So, now we have to take one baby step at a time until we actually have something useful. It's like behavioral conditioning for a pidgeon.
