The piece is awesome for interval training, like when you alternate between sprinting and jogging.

The "stronger" moments have a slow feel to them but are still high energy, while the "soft" moments still feel fast enough to get you through to the next interval without losing steam. And you know you're past the halfway point when you get to what I call the "peaceful" interlude. The ending is perfect for the cool down.

Listen to it twice and bam, you've just worked out for 20 minutes, easy peasy.
