Building 7 was not a controlled demolition. It went down all at once rather than domino style or center first. There were no explosives. The fire sprinkler system lost water pressure due to the ongoing firefight at ground zero. The building was not designed to sustain prolonged fire. It was also hit by debris which weakened it's structure. Building 7 burned for seven hours before it collapsed.

I think that controlled demolitions are not all at once because that would spread more rubble or something. It doesn't mean that they can't be all at once.

Controlled demolition usually involve explosives in the supports. Technicians time these explosives so that the first explosion sets the direction of fall, like a first cut to fell a tree.

Given the damage to the Verizon building one must conclude WTC7, aimed for the Verizon building, the controlled demolition was done by a man amateurs, or it went down as we're told.
