For what it's worth... Sanger's house is on the national registry of historic locations(tax shelter?) @ 17west 16st ny ny. The yeshiva university museum of Jewish history is @ 15 west 16th nyny in the adjacent building. Her house seems to be a private residence currently.

Pretty sure she was raised Irish Catholic. Freedom from religion kooks make a big deal about how the Catholic prohibition on birth control influenced her. Wikipedia says her father went Catholic to atheist, so she was probably atheist. Her ideas seem more secular humanist than anything else, but I didn't see anything that says she claimed any specific religion or philosophy.
Nearly every other woman in the leadership of early birth control societies was jewish though, so she and her sister Ethel Bryne were definitely exceptions to the norm.
