Yeah rules against affairs with staffers (for what it is worth).

Illegal no but for a lot of people who vote, its immoral. People of faith do not like this sort of stuff. It also reinforces the growing view that the Dems are full of immoral, two faced nut jobs.

Two-faced personas are of concern, and there are rules for staffers not to be flicking the bean of their superiors.

It raises flags concerning ethical boundaries.

ie: Pay raise for my bean-flicker, no pay-raise for the more competent individual whom doesn't flick my bean.

It's unethical but it's still about a 1.5 out of 10 on corrupt pol Bell Curve. The MSM are probably happy to draw a little attention to this nothing burger as the Epstein story disappears in the rear-view mirror.
