Our dear friends at the Vatican had been secretly keeping the documents about the true origins of the Hungarian tribe, but gene testing has shown that we have one of the most ancient European gene type. We're pretty much proto-Indo, like the Basques. But don't worry, I'm fairly certain there are plenty of things I don't know about your people.

I looked it up and everything I can find is saying that they've a Finno-Ugric origin in central Siberia and moved into present day Hungary around 900 AD.

Yeah, that's all you'll probably able to find in English, as most of what I wrote came from a study from a few years ago, and it was written in Hungarian. I'll try to find you the link and you can translate it to try to understand it.
