I mean, sure can giving birth change your body, many woman get stretch marks, some get saggy boobs, etc, but having a baby is no excuse to get fat.

Can confirm. Had a baby 5 months ago. I'm nowhere near in that good shape but I am 2lb lighter than my pre-pregnancy weight. I have friends who completely ballooned after having a baby- one went from a UK 10 to an 18 and blamed the kids. Frankly after the first one I have no idea how her husband managed to keep having sex with her.

I was back to my pre-pregnancy weight within 6 months too. Only thing that changed: My boobuses had gone froma C cup, to a DD cup.

I'm hoping mine will shrink once I stop breastfeeding. My ribcage has got wider though- I've definitely gone up a band size but I'm back in pre-pregnancy super skinny jeans so it's not chub.

That's known as "Leveling Up". Having a kid gained you a lot of XP.

She didn't even get "back in shape," she was never out of shape to begin with! Pregnancy goals <3
