Not a Bernie supporter but I will say this - 50 years ago, corporate tax revenue and individual income tax revenue were nearly equal - comprising about 30% of gov revenue each. Over the years, rev from individual income has remained fairly stable. However, the corporate slice has declined to about 10%, maybe less.
