Interesting tactic. It would seem to work well for institutions that the Cabal has infiltrated and is misdirecting, while providing determent to individual actors. However, it can provide a layer of protection to fundamentally toxic organizations like the ADL, Shareblue, etc. and provide them with a layer of financial insulation.

Normally this involves "piercing the corporate veil." Which means they chose to personally hold them accountable.
Legally this is extremely difficult to do and dramatically weakens their legal standing, both as a corporation and as an individual.
