I have read lists of dead Microbiologists, dead geologists, dead physicians, dead vaccine researchers, & now climatologists. These lists (to my knowledge) come from the same group of poorly documented "conspiracy" blogs.

I very much believe this is possible in our society. Can anyone cite primary sources? (obituaries, police reports, etc?)

I want facts, not opinions & re-posts of opinions. (thanks)

Given that the oil industry pretty much wrote the book on modern business collusion and conspiracy to commit fraud, it's not that much of a stretch for him to come to such a conclusion. Especially when you read about what so many climate scientists have had to endure in order to do their work. What is becoming increasingly clear to a lot of individuals following the science is that the problem is far worse than most of the public is aware of at this time. Honestly, I don't think they want to know. When you listen to some of the far end alarmists—man is it hard to hear. Some of the worst case conclusions are profoundly devastating. There's a lot on the line and his paranoia may be more illustrative of the psychological toll such knowledge takes in addition to losing so many colleagues in such short order. Ultimately, our whole way of life is targeted for assassination at this point.

Edit: Capitalization

Getting assassinated by lightning is pretty big stretch and makes me believe it is all coincidental.

Assassinated... by God!?

It is pretty suspicious though. I guess we'll see if he ends up wrapping his car around a tree, or having himself some kind of tragic coincidence.

Really, if you read between the lines, it's more of a story about how the rapid loss of three close coworkers leads to the development of paranoia in an otherwise intelligent mind. Written with that in mind, it might make a good screenplay.

The man probably needs grief counseling though. I hope he gets help.

I've been a big conspiratard for a long time. The older I get, the more I only believe the truly evil conspiracies that explain grabs for money or power. I'm not so inclined to believe "hurr durr oil companies kill science global warming secret durrrrr"

Everyone fucking knows global warming is real, they don't need to kill some scientists at this point

Given all the recent deaths of alternative medicine doctors (is it 8 now?), I'm inclined to give this some consideration.

1) Fell down stairs, with others present stating it was an accident, not "murder".

2) Riding a bike and hit by a truck.

3) Killed by lightning.

Even IF you can write-up some grand conspiracy that includes paying off the witnesses of 1), and executing a hit for 2), in order to incorporate 3) you would basically have to believe that the conspirators can somehow control lightning, in which case....

A) We are all properly fucked.
And
2) You may as well go along with the "official story" because you can't win a fight against someone with Zeus-like powers.

Looks like someone is about to commit "suicide"...
