It's clearly not "just water vapor." If it were, you wouldn't be blowing huge clouds and you wouldn't be vaping in the first place. If you're going to write pages of conspiracy propositions at least make it sound like you're an authority on the topic.

What is it then?

Ask the expert.
The real miracle is how dumb people are. You're inhaling this crap because you're addicted to it. If you're addicted, it has obviously got more than just water. Many of them are flavored too. Then there is whatever is in it that is making the smoke. You can tell me it's 99% water and maybe that's believable, but don't blow smoke up my ass and tell me it's 100%. I hate misinformation.

Anyone who doesn't want to live as an ignorant fool. So, ideally, everyone.
Vape kids sound as dumb as stoners when they walk around spreading obvious BS. You want people to believe you and let you vape everywhere? Then tell them the actual truth so you don't sound like a pack of retards screaming for more brownies.

either way, it's still a gay af weakling habit to be addicted to nicotine.

I started vaping in late 2009. It got me off cigarettes. Granted i was vaping a 30 mg with a small joye ego t at the time, but it was better than smoking. Within weeks, I was done hacking black shit out of my lungs every morning in the shower and felt way better.
I still vape, but now with much better equipment. That equipment simply wasn't available at the time. Now I am down to a 3MG, and plan to switch to a 0MG soon.
It is always about the money. US gross is about $14 Billion/yr
Cigarette taxes around the country are levied on top of the federal rate of $1.0066 per 20-pack of cigarettes. As of 2016, taxes accounted for almost half of the retail cost of a pack of cigarettes.
On average, states charge $1.73 of taxes per pack of 20 cigarettes. If high taxes were the goal, New York and Connecticut would be smoking the competition this year with their rates of $4.35 a pack. Rhode Island ($4.25) is close behind, with Massachusetts ($3.51) and Hawaii ($3.20) following. But not every state charges such high taxes. There is a wide range of rates in different states. Missouri, for instance, levies the lowest tax in the country at $0.17. Virginia ($0.30), Georgia ($0.37), North Dakota ($0.44), and North Carolina ($0.45) also levy low rates.

I am completely indifferent to this issue.
