Boy am I looking forward to getting that shitty LibreM smartphone so that I can ditch Google entirely from my life. It's too bad: Google Maps is pretty useful for traffic information.

I agree and am not looking forward to how crappy traffic reporting will be on that open-source phone. On the other hand, much of the world's worst traffic is fairly predictable: don't use the fastest roads and find a way around the most populated streets. Besides, if you have a car GPS, you can pay for traffic reporting on it which is no more than $20 for three months.

I can recommend the Brave browser, I've been using it for 2 years. They do an amazing job at blocking ads. However it's not really for Developers

If you use any Google products, especially their DNS service, you are forwarding a copy of your data to the agencies. So stop using Chrome.
