Many blessings to you, Patriot. Tulsi (Holy Basil) might bring some relief to the physical stressors, there's also a pretty good supplement you can find at health food stores called "Theanine Serine" which has Tulsi as one of the ingredients.

Disconnect 100% from Q and the News, go do something you enjoyed doing 10 years ago and see what happens.
If you want to claim your mind back from all the nihilism being pushed here, while remaining fairly informed, just check in and listen to the X22Report each evening, he's usually spot on and the optimism is refreshing.

Feel your pain bro. Similar story here, but things started improving when I started getting up at same time each morning and walking out in nature each day.
Even if your body/mind screaming at you to stay in bed and not to get up and walk .. do it anyway .. good way to start the day.
Still struggling some days/weeks, but on the whole things have improved. Wish you luck bro.
