I'm pickin' up what you're throwin' down. I was starting to slip into a deeper depression before I learned of Q. It gave me hope, until recently. I've been feeling myself slipping again. The only thing that pulls me out of it, a day at a time, is getting outside for a walk or some yardwork/gardening. Also, a break from all this helps. I will pray for you friend.
same advice as always... but will repeat it..
walk and listen to music with out lyrics.. stuff like gladiator sound track or brave heart or what ever you like...
work out even a small amount...
find a hobby anything inprefer a hobby or a skill to learn that will make some money..
look into smart recoevery it is a program that doesnt have a higher power and helps stop drinking or abusing drugs
read. not self help books good books. cut out tv and limit internet... get a phone that is dumb with no internet access... for books i have looked up list of the top 100 books from different generas... if a book makes more then one list read that book.
its easier said and done but start anyways... there is a greak word.. arkansia it means to lack the motivation or dicipline to do things that we know will benefit us... try to beat arkanasia... also read the stoics.

I'm very similar to you. I have empathy. I will pray for you. Sometimes I think we've all been duped. Sometimes I think Trump is evil and Q is legit. Sometimes I think Trump and Q are legit. Sometimes I think it's all a bs way to get people to stay complacent while Trump does things that make me frustrated. It's exhausting and confusing.
Remember two things. YOU are in control of YOU. Don't let anyone or anything dictate your life but GOD. Pray for help.
Second, question EVERYTHING. Never settle. Never accept without proof. Never allow yourself to turn a blind eye. This is why I question all motives from everyone. At sometime in our history, we started blindly trusting people, stopped questioning their motives and got taken advantage of.
Also, as a former alcoholic, lay off the sauce. It makes you feel good, it takes away the problems for the time, but the next morning, the problems are still there and you have a hang over to deal with. Drinking is not a solution to your problems, it's just another problem you'll have to deal with.
Keep your head up.
Use magnesium spray multiple times daily on back of knees and inside of elbows. It is essential for the calcium- magnesium link. Calcium fires up your body and magnesium calms it down. Drink Natural Calm before bed. Also try yoga - it is what settles my friend with anxiety issues. Good luck, Patriot.

Finding Jesus is best when you are at the end of your rope because there is nothing left to hold onto except him. He promises that anyone who seeks after him wholeheartedly will find him. When you find him, it is an experience that is undeniably God and cannot be explained with words alone. Fall on your face before him and surrender to his Spirit. He will bring you joy and peace beyond what the world can understand and a holy purpose that is beyond anything Q can offer.
An added edit so you know what to expect. When you start to feel/find him, he will call you to himself. It will feel like he is calling you to literally walk to your death. A feeling you will know the moment it grips you. It was the most terrifying thing I have ever encountered in my life. Take heart and know that it is his life on the other side of that crucial decision and you will come out a changed man.
