Always remember, life is short, you only get one chance, make the best of it. Live every day like its your last. Worrying about things does nothing, it changes nothing. Think about it, pick something things you constantly worry about, has worrying about it ever changed the outcome? Nope, it did not. Another thing, no ones opinion of you matters, the only opinion that matters is your own. If you know you are doing the best with what you got, that's all that matters.
Find yourself a hobby, find something that gives you pleasure. Volunteer at the local food center, deliver meals to elderly, do things for people more needy than you. Handing a few bucks to a homeless person can give you pride, it doesn't take much.
Don't lock yourself away in your bedroom, its easy to get trapped in to that lifestyle. The longer you isolate yourself, the harder it gets to reintroduce yourself to society.
The best thing for depression is exercise. Sweating releases toxins. Aerobic activity boosts your metabolism. Loosing a few pounds builds self esteem. Once you get in to a routine and see results in a mirror, your brain starts to crave it.
Depression can be caused by a magnesium deficiency. Pumpkin seeds, cashews, almonds are high in magnesium, good diet food also. Magnesium is not well absorbed through the GI tract, its better absorbed through your skin, take Epsom salt baths couple times per week.
Keep your mind occupied, vegging out or sleeping a lot promotes depression. Buy yourself some good books, the kind you don't want to put down or can't wait to get back to. You said the Q movement gave you something to hold on to, there are a million other possibilities out there that could capture your interest.
Fighting depression is not easy, it takes determination. Pulling yourself off the couch is hard but its the best thing you can do. Fight through the pain, over time it will get easier.
Like someone else suggested, praying is not a bad idea either, God does answer prayers, he has answered mine on several occasions.
I wish you the best of luck and I hope I was able to give you some advice that helps. God Bless You.
I have battled depression/anxiety for decades, taken all kinds of prescriptions which only made it worse and were very hard to come off of. Best thing I've found is a healthy diet, daily walks, and daily Vitamin D and Magnesium supplements. My depression is gone and I am amazed. I will be praying that your wellbeing will return to you and that Qanon movement will be here and stronger than ever when you return. Go find your happy place. Best wishes for you, and love and prayers.
Please make sure you're getting enough Vitamin D. Many of us are deficient & turning to pharma when a simple $12 bottle of liquid d3 could do just as well ...while helping the body get back into balance. This is especially needed if you're not regularly getting sunlight during the day.
There are also some really powerful binaural beats out there on YouTube you may benefit from. They really helped pull me out of a rough spot and I still continue to love them.

P.S. Nature, nature nature!! And turn off your no bueno WiFi maybe ;)
Please know that I am praying for you, fren.
Whenever you wish to come back, you are most welcome.
And if you decide it is better you be elsewhere, your decision has my respect and understanding.
WRWY, whether you hang out on Voat or not.
I pray for all patriots including you every day, wherever you are,
for your good health, safety, protection, all good blessings that
the Lord wants to send your way.
In Jesus' name,
Amen

I've had a similar life experience. I used to paint landscapes and do other art. Last 6 years have done nothing. Funny, today was my last day on Voat and even on the computer. My husband had a stroke a few months ago and now skin cancer. Q can't fix that and I'm worn done hoping justice returns but I need to live now. So do you! Have heart Anon. Best wishes and prayers.
