Use magnesium spray multiple times daily on back of knees and inside of elbows. It is essential for the calcium- magnesium link. Calcium fires up your body and magnesium calms it down. I've had a similar life experience. I used to paint landscapes and do other art. Last 6 years have done nothing. Funny, today was my last day on Voat and even on the computer. My husband had a stroke a few months ago and now skin cancer. Q can't fix that and I'm worn done hoping justice returns but I need to live now. So do you! Have heart Anon. Best wishes and prayers.
