I feel like there is an underlying plot to all these cases.
All this stuff that pops up in regards to discrimination suits, which then get shot down on the basis of Freedom of Religion.
How about it not be based on a religious thing? How about you can’t compel somebody to do the thing because they just don’t want to?
Buuuut then that leads back down to the slippery slope of having the right to refuse service, which would have all manner of consequences for various alphabet people or others who have the tendency to misbehave by... cultural norms.
To be honest, I’m not sure how those laws interact. Right to refuse vs discrimination laws.

Three state Supreme Court justices think this is a communist country where the state can force any business to act according to a state agenda or be shuttered. Not to mention a marriage is between a man and a woman by definition, but in clown world I imagine that fact is a little less likely to be accepted.
