He probably had his forge set up for that and would have had to do actual work and planning instead of this off the cuff video. It's just a demonstration that metal doesn't have to be melted to be significantly weakened. And there's no need for the steel to be a noodle to not be able to support the significant stresses involved in holding up a fucking building.
WTC7 was on fire for hours with no access to water because a certain building collapsing near by ruptured the mains. It also had significant structural damage from a large piece of the main towers hitting it.

I saw this. He heats it up to 1800, 300 degrees more.
300 degrees is a lot plus the geometry of the part matters. He isn't bending a steel beam at 1500 degrees.
And no one is showing video of a steel beam deforming at 1500 degrees.
Because they don't.
