If I need to lose weight I just don't eat. Simple. It's not hard retards.

As an Aquaman-kin, I speak whale:
"Special Food" = "I don't read beyond labels, and blindly believe anything it says, because basic awareness requires a level of minimal effort"
"Special programs" = ???
"Apps" = "My phone is my world. I am nothing without social media"
"Coaches" = "I only go to the gym for selfies and to harass guys out of my league. It's easier if they're obligated to interact as part of their job"
"Gym membership" = "Selfies are my life"
"Cleanses" = "I believe in every fad that says its not my fault. I'd rather have an incurable problem outside my control than admit responsibility for my health"
"Pills" = "I want a quick fix, and want it now"
"Some of the the smartest marketers" = "It's a nebulous conspiracy against me, rather than a predictable consequence of my actions, that's making me unhappy."
"Feel insecure" = "If I pretend the little aches and health problems I'm experiencing are in my head, rather than my body screaming a warning, they'll go away, right?"
"Call out diet culture" = "Guilt trip anyone who who doesn't indulge my denial"
Also, what a lazy graphic image, for an unsourced claim. Here's a article on the cost with a source: ~$92,000 over a lifetime.

I would gladly pay 755 to not gain 10 pounds.

So you send me that check and I promise you won't gain 10 lbs. It has to clear tho.

I lost 5 pounds recently just not eating as much. I've been super busy and I've been skipping a meal here and there.
That's all, didn't even need to lose any. Just happened by eating less.

Yeah... Magically, it costs more to eat less. Must be that Common Core math.

Not eating costs nothing but actually saves you money.
