I've lost 45lbs in the last year. Maybe more, I don't even bother with the scale anymore. I spent less than I used too over the last year. I did nothing special, all I did was cut out almost all bread and most pasta, replace those with healthier options, make dinners that consist of 6-8oz protein, 2 veggies and or fruit and 1 starch every night. I also take the steps at work a minimum of one half my trips (work in an office that consists of 8 floors and Im on most of them on the average day), it's probably 80% of the time anymore. I also walk the dog a little further & a little faster. That's it. No fad diet. No classes. No gimmicks. No extra costs. Stop making excuses. I'm in my mid40's and can see my abs & pecs again. If my lazy ass can do it, any other day fuck can too.

People can't just be fat, they have to be stupid sheep, too.

You create a product and market it to a specific demographic. Just because it's marketing to you doesn't mean you should buy it.

Losing weight is cheap, just eat less. Done. Spend less weigh less.

Yeah... Magically, it costs more to eat less. Must be that Common Core math.
