Trump has earned the benefit of the doubt, but AG Barr really hasnt. In light of the many departed appointees who later proved themselves to be probable establishment/swamp creatures (Scaramucci, McMasters, Tillerson), I think it's defensible to reserve judgement and maintain skepticism of pretty much everyone else in Washington D.C. I regrettably trusted George W. Bush to do the right thing, despite obvious misgivings, largely out of an intense aversion to his political opposition. I don't want to make that same mistake again.
