So check it out, it's just the chemicals from cannabis that have been dissolved into fat/lipids. (THC is fat soluble)
You decarboxylate the cannabis because "THC-A" is produced by the plant, which isn't psychoactive in humans. By heating the THC-A you turn it into THC, which does have an effect on humans. Normally when you smoke or vape cannabis, you're de-carbing the cannabis with the heat from the fire or hot air.
Generally, before you add cannabis to oil, you de-carb it first to activate it, then have it dissolved into the oil.
Personally I don't like edibles at all, the feeling is never enjoyable for me. It just makes me feel heavy and tired, like I just woke up from a nap.

That's not the only study. Sarah Westall interviewed two doctors who were hoping to regress 80 yr olds down to 40ish (if all went well). You can find the work if you look up Dr. Bill Andrews. Also, lookup a study done on rats with C60, which doubled their lifespan.
Finally, some crazy but brave woman did genetic therapy on herself and regressed her muscle age. Lookup BioViva for her story - they are due for human testing this year too.

I wouldn't take their drugs if it reversed 10 years. Everyone will die at some point. Only people who fear the afterlife, or don't believe in one at all, would be so desperate as to pump drugs into their bodies to reverse what, a couple years? 'If' this is even true.
