I would agree to an extent, but women who own property, investments or business are probably better at forming thoughtful political opinions and can actually think critically. I think a vote should be earned by/proportional to how much you contribute to the community (working) and how many taxes you pay (property and business taxes).
I would apply this to both sexes at this point in time, jobless unmarried cuckbois are turning into emotionally infantile "women" as we speak. I'd argue to take their votes away as well. I really like your idea about each "family unit" getting a vote. Never thought about it that way, but most men were married or were going to marry back then.

Before women were given the vote nationwide nj did let women vote if they were land owners. I get it exceptions exist but part of my point is that line of argument is a slippery slope. It's either all or none unless we use something else to gain the right to vote. Families, veterans, business owners or land owners. One person one vote is fake and gay.

Right. Now that the slope has been slipped down, we can't take the vote away from lazy bums, gold digging bimbos or a rich kids living in their parents' basements. You can't force people to contribute to society, then they shouldn't be able to force their ideas on how things are run with an equal vote. We can't really walk this back, now.
