At the strongest source of the signal. Theres probably a tower out in that direction.

I know what geosynchronous orbit is supposed to be in outer space fantasy land. If you beleive they have that all over earth then youre gullible.

Satellites are cgi. Go look for sattelites in space. Its all cgi.

Its all ground based. They can reflect signals off the firmament.gps is ground based positioning. Ground towers triangulate.
