Shun them like the plague, demean and antagonize them into violence. Force them to show their true hand and colors.

You can try to change them and save their soul but that's a very hard uphill battle. Social pressure in the form of insults and group isolation works just as effectively, if they don't get the message then they are too stupid, damaged and forever lost. Fuck'em. There are only winners and losers in this world so let'm rot in their self serving degenerate circles of influence and culture.

Yes. Mental illness is contagious. We're in end stage behavioral sink. Multiple generations of mentally damaged people have fucked up their offspring and the damage compunds and spreads. Good luck finding a mate that's not damaged goods. (((Modern living))) and relationships with fucked up people ruins everyone.

people have always been fucking crazy, just in different ways. also, now, with the internet and "social media" we are just more exposed to it and the craziest stuff commands the most attention. also, before the internet, people would have had enough sense to keep their crazy to themselves because they would have gotten their ASSES KICKED if they did and said the things they do and say on the internet in front of actual people. that's why people are terrified of being "doxed", they might have to back up their big talk in front of actual people, whereas in the old days they would have kept their mouths shut to begin with.

I said it the other day. America is largely an open-air lunatic asylum.

I think the internet is fucking society where people can be radicalized super young because of eco Chambers. I'm glad I was an early user when it was kind of fringe and pretty much everything was anonymous and run by actual smart people and not this weird sillicon valley thought police types. I know a lot of people who won't hang out with people because they have different political views when that should be only a very small part of what you are

Yes, there is this radical shallowness of mind, body and spirit going on. People are inclined to be lazy in all areas of life, they have been conditioned to take the shortest most convenient route.

We all struggle with this but truly being humble may be the greatest gift. Even if I disagree with you on one point, I bet you, your life experience could teach me a valuable lesson elsewhere. This used to be the way, the problem lies that a lot of people do not have much life experiences so their value to themselves and the greater whole becomes irrelevant as they have been brainwashed to not make personal progress but to follow the status quo.

That's a really good way of looking at it, and I definitely do feel that way when I met someone new and usually when I get to know them they are always surprisingly interesting.

We are all a bit crazy though arnet we. We are ignorant to our own craziness because we put yourself into groups of like minded people. I don't think avoiding crazy is a good thing because that will in turn just make us more crazy. Engaging crazy is pretty crazy because its crazy vs crazy. Option c? Meditate

At first I thought option C was 'medicate'

I would add good excercise like splitting wood and running/cycling do wonders for mental health.

I have never known a person who got an hour a day of cardio having issues with insomnia/depression.
