People that everyone would ignore in real life can be loud and amplified on the internet. Combined with media trying to manufacture an alternate reality and then enforce it. Hence people that would previously have been holding cardboard signs on a street corner are now made to appear as though they speak for the majority - in the fake digital world manufactured by fake news.
We are all a bit crazy though arnet we. We are ignorant to our own craziness because we put yourself into groups of like minded people. I don't think avoiding crazy is a good thing because that will in turn just make us more crazy. Engaging crazy is pretty crazy because its crazy vs crazy. Option c? Meditate

At first I thought option C was 'medicate'
I would add good excercise like splitting wood and running/cycling do wonders for mental health.
I have never known a person who got an hour a day of cardio having issues with insomnia/depression.
