Dan Bongino had an interesting theory.

What he did could be difficult to prosecute because he gave them to his personal lawyer, protected under client-attorney privileges.

More severe charged to come, for example perhaps involved in a coup to overthrow to assassinate Trump. Nevermind the mis-handling of paper.

Still relevant this week, or are you trying to memory hole this? People can be brought up on multiple charges, the excuses I've heard to justify this inaction do not make sense to me.

Still relevant this week

So is the Mueller Report and his subsequent testimony.

I didn’t realize your post was the genesis of a comprehensive aggregation of past news that is still relevant this week.

Accept my apologies. You have initiated a monumental task.

I look forward to future edits that flesh this work out.

muh, muh, barr,. if you were barr, would you believe anything the FBI told you? obviously there exists a huge struggle between DOJ and FBI. anons know this, sure IG can point the finger, DOJ could file a case, but the Evidence comes from the FBI, geez people, figure it out, we got moles inside both agencies making it impossible to confirm evidence. havent we over the last 3 yrs figured that out? barr is playing a longer game,if pardons are in place(whole other subject) then New crimes must be found ,investigated, indicted for. most of this wont happen before the election, however the pedo arrests and drying up of human trafficking Will continue,a subject we all know has gone into overdrive.remember no-one with anything to lose can publicly be opposed to those arrests. thats the beauty of the plan.JMHO

Put it this way, if you hit and ran and killed 1 person would the government just ignore so they could prosecute you for the 10 people you hit and ran a mile down the road??? I don't think so.

Great explanation of why Comey would walk if prosecuted on the leaks. Barr knows this.

Word on the street is he's rolling it into conspiracy charges (conspiracy = to overthrow the US government), along with the FISA fraud and other conduct misbehaviors

Also, Comey's conduct in social media is baiting him to further implicate himself as a bad guy in the eyes of a jury

This is the second post I have come across in less than one minute with this topic--so I am going to say the same thing here that I said on the other one...dude, we've known this news for months. There is even a Q drop telling us this news back in July, I believe. So either you are concern fagging or you are getting played by the news.
