They didn't have enough evidence of his intent to break the law???? WTF is that? He was the head of the FBI so I guess he didn't know what he was doing? Sounds like the faulty reason given for why HRC wasn't prosecuted. Meanwhile, I want to use that line on the next policeman who pulls me over for speeding. Officer, how can you charge me with speeding? That wasn't my intent. Do you have adequate evidence that it was?? Pure BS.
I'm not a lawyer so perhaps I need enlightened. I understand the law as it pertains to double jeopardy...you can't be tried twice for the same crime. But if a person perpetrated multiple crimes, can't they be tried for each separately? Or grouped together in a multi-count indictment? So, why can't Comey be indicted on each of the crimes he committed?

Grouped together in a multi-count indictment is what I’m hoping for.

I don't agree. If grouped together there's only one chance for conviction. Separately, there are multiple bites of the apple and it would cost him far more for his legal defense. I'd like to see him go totally broke, then sent to prison for the rest of his life or to the gallows if that be his sentence.
