I have a friend who has lived on his family farm for almost 70 years - he has nice teeth and has never had a cavity or gum problems. He attributes it to his well water which is very hard water full of minerals.

There are people who say they have healed damaged teeth (including repairing enamel) by dry fasting. Dry fasting seems to be nature's way of healing in all animals (and probably humans). Probably would heal just about any health condition.
