Yes, because all beliefs inevitably affect one's actions even if not consciously DIRECTLY acted upon. For example, his "attraction to children which he never acts upon" (which is a lie) leads him to push for acceptance and, even if he hypothetically never harmed children (another lie), other pedophiles would then be freer to act upon their vile urges.
Holding immoral beliefs leads to immorality. Evil does not have to be active to be evil.
Discussing this is pointless anyways. Either way he's a pervert, and perverts should be hanged.
