What I find most ridiculous, is even after these fucking normies get this kind of information, they are still clinging to the "conspiracy theorist" bullshit tropes. "OMG it might give fuel to conspiracy theorists." Instead of "Hey, maybe we shouldn't just discount things out of hand that do not fit our paradigms. What a bunch of useless little soy faggots.
Get a distiller. It gets 100% of the bullshit out of your water. Flouride, chlorine, your neighbor's prescription drugs like viagra that the water treatment plant can't deal with, it gets them all much better than filters and reverse osmosis where for every gallon of RO water you get, 3 gallons of waste water go down the drain.

lower IQ's this isn't new there's been a similar study on I think pregnant mothers in Mexico and the IQ of their children correlating to mama's consumption of fluoridated water.
Fluoride is a dielectric blocker because of its halogen status on the table of elements. No, in small doses ppm its not going to necessarily produce acute toxic risks, but cumulatively it depresses the ability for cell water to do what it needs to do around hydrated proteins, including maintaining charge. This carries long term risks, but the correlation is hard to come by because of the slow erosion effect that could be blamed on other risk factors.
