It's poison and it's hard to avoid. I only drink distilled water now but when you bathe/shower in tap water you are absorbing all the chemicals in it through your skin.

lower IQ's this isn't new there's been a similar study on I think pregnant mothers in Mexico and the IQ of their children correlating to mama's consumption of fluoridated water.

Fluoride is a dielectric blocker because of its halogen status on the table of elements. No, in small doses ppm its not going to necessarily produce acute toxic risks, but cumulatively it depresses the ability for cell water to do what it needs to do around hydrated proteins, including maintaining charge. This carries long term risks, but the correlation is hard to come by because of the slow erosion effect that could be blamed on other risk factors.
