This is social media at it's finest. Anyone who posts needs to get the big picture, they want jail and guns from opinions they disagree with. Confiscation is coming big time with these stupid rules. They aren't laws, just DS control. Whites with guns, bad, illegals with murder, rape, theft good.

What was it that he posted? Interesting the article makes no actual mention of it.

I can't wait for this to reach the SCOTUS. Once they overturn those silly infringements, the lawsuits will start to stack up quickly. Lesson learned, never elect a democrat, they will cost you every time. Maybe not up front. but when the lawsuits start adding up to millions in taxpayer dollars for even smaller towns and cities that try that leftist authoritarian shit, you will eventually regret ever voting Democrat

Holy mother please help us! So scary. Red Flag is the end of America and meming. They have killed two birds with one stone.
This case is just the beginning once Google IDs all the memers, none of our sons and daughters will ever be able to protect themselves from a tyrannical government. We need to be vocal and Call congrAssmen now.

Starting to feel like that. We're all on lists for thought crimes and offensive meme sharing. Soon to have anonymous tips called in on us.

--In addition, Wagshol’s firearms were seized under Connecticut’s red flag law – in what will become the new status quo across the country if federal lawmakers get their way. The firearms found in Crosland’s home were legal and registered to his father, but were taken anyway.
“I drove to Halstead New Hampshire from Norwalk CT in about 3 hours to acquire 30 round magazines and ammunition to circumvent what I viewed as an unconstitutional restriction on the second amendment,” Wagshol said in his witness statement.
“I purchased 4 30 round magazines and 120 rounds of 300 Blackout ammunition for firearm training. I plan on building an 80% rifle kit which I purchased online from Ceratec, in California. I plan on completing the 80% firearm at my friend Alex’s house in Easton. I did not have the intention of committing any mass shootings at all whatsoever,” he added.--
Bail is set at $250k. I'm still not sure what was illegal about what this guy did. Looks like he bought 30 round mags out of state along with some ammo. I'm not sure what CT's laws are, but in NY you can only have 10 round mags, maybe something similar here. Restricted ammo?
His lawyer insinuates that he just reposted a meme. Apparently that got the cops at his door to take his guns. If there isn't anything more to this, they've clearly taken things to the next level.

He should also consider legal action against his University. Suspending him without any sort of due process?
[–] shredthemind ago
No doubt. Should be a huge lawsuit. They're fucking up this kid's life over some bullshit. Again, maybe there's more to it, but from what I see, it doesn't look like he did anything wrong.

Wagshol’s bond has set at $250,000, and the judge won’t allow him to post it until after his next hearing on Sept. 6 in Stamford.
Yet illegals charged with real crimes are turn loose
