There is no attempt to hurt anyones feelings. Feelings are not even taken into consideration. If someones feelings get hurt, that is their problem. Especially if it's over words on a computer screen. There is nothing stopping anyone from taking information learned here and disseminating it far and wide. You know, it only costs $20 for a half hour of air time in a TV market in the wee hours of the morning when infomercials are aired. Someone could take the information here and set themselves up a studio and film a news show and share the information without the 'offensive language' to everybody with a TV that has an antenna on it. VOAT makes no claim on the information. If someone can not overlook things said that may offend them, and want those things to be done away with, they should not be here in the first place. Freedom of speech, means all speech, not only what someone deems acceptable

Why are you so concerned with offending someone anyways? Its like the word nigger, it is offensive to niggers if a white person says the word but it is not offensive at all to the same nigger when another nigger uses the word. Which simply proves that they are the one looking at the world through the spectrum of racism. The are not judging the speaker on the content of their character, merely the color of their skin, and if the skin color is not one of the designated one they are offended, if it is the designated skin color they are not offended. That's racism and that is utterly ridiculous. If you want to cowtow to someone on their racist beliefs thats your prerogative, but it doesn't make it right. Why would you be worried about offending someone who only really takes offense at your skin color, its not the words
