Make the CAMPS in REMOTE areas. NOT huge institutional buildings. Make sure there are plenty of dangerous activities for the nuts to occupy themselves with.

No. Government has no business in the healthcare realm, physical or mental. The civil government's purpose is the protection of private property rights and the enforcement of contracts. Why dosen't the government just stop with the CIA MKUltra'ing these people with psyc drugs and therapists, that would be a good start.
