look up ketogenesis fatty - it works

no bread or carbs of any kind. High protein. High fat.

eat the toppings off the pizza, not the base, or, just eat meat and butter. It will take a while to convert and lose the baby cravings for comfort carbs but once you do, eating becomes a simple thing and you cannot put on much (fatty) weight.

Trying to lose weight while still incorporating any carbs is very difficult if you are older than 25.

The only people I know who do keto are fats. Some lose some weight on it, but they always gain it back. It's a highly restrictive diet. Learn to count calories and you can just eat whatever you want. The age thing is also the excuse of a fat. Your metabolism barely slows down with age at all. Hammies just look for excuses to be hams.

I am not a fat. Keto has fixed my brain. You might eat whatever you want, but you also may be a spaz. Processed carbohydrates are something that fats and skinny-fats alike tend to defend tooth and nail, and while your metabolism may not slow down much, your ability to process the by products of carbohydrate metabolism certainly will. I eat when hungry, and I eat until full. I would never "count" my mouthfulls, that is for dead people and OCDs. The suggestion I made is a workable and simple method of keeping a lean healthy body, and your reply is beside the point.

So, enjoy eating your corn starch pasta and bread while you count your calories if that is what you want to do you spaz lol.

Two pizzas? No.

Cut it down to a quarter of one pizza, one glass of OJ, no snacks, and plenty of water, and you'll be human-sized in no time.

Call a gym and ask if they have a personal trainer available. If so, schedule an appointment with them. They will come up with your meal and exercise plan to get you where you want to be, then only you can make it happen from there.

Remember it's a science and if you do what they say then you will lose the fat in the same way that I know if I drop a glass it will fall to the ground. Trying to take short cuts and doing things like asking on the internet for advice is just you lying to yourself.

Look for "Scooby" and try to follow his plans then. He's the only source I know of that doesn't lie to sell protein shakes etc.

Orange juice has more sugar ounce for ounce than regular Coke.

Apart from that, am I understanding correctly that you eat a 12" pizza everyday?! But... why? Weightloss is just as simple as eating less calories than you burn everyday for a long time so it's absolutely possible to do it on a pizza diet IF YOU COUNT YOUR CALORIES but you're really not helping yourself here.

It would be much more easy for you to lose weight if you ate filling foods like chicken, vegetables, brown rice, steak, etc... Pizza is mostly fat and carb. The nutrients you're going to get from that are very low compared to a more healthy meal with the same amount of calories. It's ok to eat pizza once of twice a month but it really sounds like you have a serious problem right now and cutting out the source would be the easiest solution. How about you go on a pizza detox for a month and see how you feel?

Why do you feel the need to eat two 12" pizzas a day?

Are you aware how many calories are in two 12" pizzas? I obviously don't know what kind you're eating but something pretty common (at least where I live) like Delissio's pepperoni pizza has 1140 kcal in it. Two of these a day means you're eating 2280 kcal of fat and carbs. That is fucking retarded man.

But it gets worse. You say these are your 'main meals'. Does that mean you're having another meal and/or snacking on top of that? You're probably eating more than 3000 calories everyday. Unless you're a semi-pro athlete working part time in a coal mine, that is way too much.

How can you even think this is a sensible diet?

There are some effects of osmosis on lipolysis and fasting but I'm not sure if this proves that the snake diet is good or bad. Have a look it's pretty complicated.
