The pizza is just bread, meat and vegetables I don't see how that's really bad. You were right about the OJ I looked it up and it does have a lot of sugar so I will get rid of it. What exactly does counting calories mean. I keep hearing that but I don't get it. What am I supposed to be counting?

Maybe if you prepared the pizza yourself, fatso, but chances are you buy from a takeout or frozen shit. In what world btw are two 30cm pizzas considered „small“?
Someone like you being that far gone down the Murican shit diet rabbit hole does need more than some internet advice to turn its lard encrusted life around. But chances are this would be too much effort for you. Given how whiny and stupid you already are here, in a place where no one would know if you just pretend to actively understand any advice, I can‘t believe you would be capable of making any meaningful real life choices.
On the very off chance that your obvious lack of intellect is not as extreme as your comments suggest: eat a maximum of 1800 kcal a day. Read the labels of the shit you eat, weigh your food and calculate the calories of your portions. Don’t exceed your maximum calories. Move your fat ass. Stick to this strategy until you have reached a human weight. Increase your calories to 2000, and stick to the aforementioned strategy for the rest of your life. Problem solved.

A food item contains calories, these are a measure of the amount of energy contained in the food. Your body burns these calories to make energy for your body. Your body only burns/uses so many calories. By counting calories in your food, you are estimating the total amount of calories taken in, and can see roughly if you are running a surplus, which will cause you to stay fat.
