Also I saw a source on qrv showing the mmc issues green jump suits, not orange. In the picture he has on orange. Makes no sense.

Whoever faked this didn't even fake it well.

Tracy Beanz pointed this out as well. She searched the Bureau of Prison web site for colors of uniforms available at different levels and available at the commissary for purchase. No orange anywhere. The legacy media are not asking basic questions that need to be asked.

They wouldn't...medics are quicker than Fuck to call a code. Lividity would've set in already...they're not working that one at all.
Edit to say they would cover the face unless doing active CPR on transport too.

I don't know about NY, but here if OSD (obvious signs of death) which are clearly defined are present we don't start resuscitation. As soon as that is determined, EMS is released and it becomes the responsibility of the Medical Examiner. We never transport the body. We're long gone before the ME field agent shows up.

If you find a PT like this hanging from the neck, what would be the OSD to not attempt resuscitation?

The suspiciousness of his death and size of this story is red-pilling the fuck out of everyone..and it's just beginning

Optics. The ILLUSION of a particular "appearance" one wants to present. "apparent" "suicide" [They] literally have no clue what happened to him or where he/his body really is. These idiots are telling their Masters that by writing these various articles on Epstain.

He is alive and dead at the same time... Shrodinger's Jew!

But if they find a dead guy, laying in a cell, how do they call cardiac arrest and start performing cpr for that, and all the news outlets start screeching cardiac arrest?
[–] Platypus43 [S] 0 points 1 point 1 point (+1|-0) ago
Especially a dead man with a noose around his neck? What fucking genius walks into that scene and is like "yep, this man obviously suffered a fatal heart attack."?
[–] Balthsgirl ago
Cardiac arrest just means heart stops breathing. Doesn't mean active heart attack. If they had no idea how long he had been down, starting CPR is not unreasonable.
[–] cynicaloldfart ago
That's really way too simplified. At least here (not NY) we have a defined checklist to determine whether to initiate resuscitation. If that is determined we never transport and it becomes the responsibility of the ME from that point on.

14 years of corrections experience here. If I find someone who I suspect or being dead, I perform CPR until paramedics arrive since I do not have the medical expertise to declare him dead. The medical staff might have someone capable of pronouncing him dead, but not likely on the weekend during off hours. Paramedics can arrive, call an ER doctor, describe the condition, then they can pronounce him dead.
I've seen this process many times.

If you were supposed to be watching someone and found them dead wouldn't you be performing Frankenstein-level recessation to cover your ass?

Those "guards" better have their life insurance paid up.
