Jamaica's PM released a statement: "We are glad to hear that our neighbor has taken similar measures to us. Violence and drugs are two major factors that hold countries like us back from being viewed fully as strong world powers. We hope that this reinforces the bonds that bring us together and we can cooperate more often in the near future".

I can't allow this. Your country must take step by step action towards events like the legalization of all drugs; at least Jamaica legalized marijuana first on economic basis before going all in with the cartels.
You've got to have some type of build up towards this post, as I doubt the current Pena Nieto government would ever allow this to happen. Perhaps legalize marijuana first on the basis that cartels have recently gone out of hand, and you suspect that marijuana is the main drug on the market causing this. Then after a while you can make an outrageous post like this.

[META] I'm sorry I thought it was a legitimate reaction as requested in Jamaica's covert op thread

It was it was just a little extreme, limit it to just marijuana legalization and I think we would be all good!

I agree with Greenland, legalizing marijuana would be fine. As you source said the President may be open to that. All drugs is a different story though.
