OP, I don't mean to be stupid, but I'm not a techie. I downloaded the 3 files to a file on desktop. However when I open the Q file a huge list of what looks like "photo" icons appears. When I click on one of them the only thing that appears is a black "photo" type box. What am I doing wrong. I went to pastebin, and read the info, but I still can't make it work. HELP! a very untechie!

It's a copy of the qanon.pub website. The main file of the website is the file "Q.html" (in the first zip file). You only need to right click on the "Q.html" and choose "open" in the menu. Or, if you have more than one browser installed, you can select the browser. I tested it with Opera and Firefox (current versions). The picture files are linked in the html file and will be displayed in the right place of the (offlline) website.
Feel free to ask again if that isn't clear enough.
That's always a good idea. In this case also a look at the file type can help. It's the one html file, one "readme" textfile, two css (style sheet) files and lots of picture files. I removed the ".js.download" files that usually belong to the qanon.pub site because these don't work offline AFAIK. So there should be no file of a type that can contain a virus.
That's why I decided to choose this type of backup without any problematic files.

You're welcome! You can bookmark https://pastebin.com/u/QBackup because I'll keep this updated when there are many new Q drops or other important backup files.
