How old is the new home and do you have a detailed history? Renting or purchased? The gut feeling of being watched has developed over 10s of thousands of years and is actually pretty startling in its accuracy.
@anamazonslittle mentioned the first thing I'd actually confirm. Carbon monoxide exposure isn't a joke and can absolutely cause feelings of paranoia. If you don't have a detector, I'd recommend purchasing one.
If you have an apartment, you might be dealing with a landlord or neighbour who likes to creep. While the screw head camera is astronomically expensive, I use an endoscopic camera for work, and one of those could absolutely be rigged up pretty easily. I could splice and steal power off a wire, and via WiFi (in the apartment beside you for example) and you'd never be the wiser. Someone posted about IR cameras, which would be an appropriate candidate to confirm if there's any additional cameras within your home that can see you. Security cameras essentially bathe the area in infrared light that's invisible to your eyes, an IR camera would be able to pick this up.
If it's outside the realm of human intervention, and you are actually dealing with something spiritual. Get the fuck out son.
Gut feeling is right most of the time. If it were me, I'd pay a professional to sweep the place. There are some crazy fuckers out there- if you're renting, the owner may be a sick fuck who films his tenants. Also burn some sage through the house. Start at the furthest point from the door and work your way through. Make sure the smoke gets into every little corner.

Just a general thought about active surveillance
Look for IR illuminators/lasers/coated optics, surveillance teams love that stuff, often using it when unnecessary.
Have a good friend buy an IR camera online, ask in person with cash and leave your cell in the car. The key is to not tip them off, so tape up any illuminators on the device and don't let them know you have it. Paint the case with krylon camo ultra flat black (near and shortwave IR black) with a little of a light color of the same line. Worth the $100. Do not tip them off, you get one chance. Don't Google any of this or talk about it either.
If you don't find them with this they (active surveillance teams) likey don't exist.

Moving into a new home can be stressful. You're probably just being overly aware. Probably. I have been there.
Inspect the home well. Make it feel like yours, you will ease into the location. As for spirits as others suggested, walk with God and have no fear of the devil.
While someone could potentially of surveillanced your home, ask yourself, how practical that is. The amount of effort, the risk, for what gain? One commenter mentioned screw cameras. That would be extremely expensive, battery powered. You're not the president, I just don't think it's practical.
Do you only feel this way at night? Paranoia increases in the dark..

I am being watched, this feeling is not there in other parts of my land, only in mine so it must be real.

I’ve been stalked before. I’m not trying to sound cocky, but I don’t consider myself a fat and ugly slob.
