Red Cross takes 70% of your donation for the company to "Operate", Goodwill you donate your goods to the owner so he can sell it for profit & Salvation Army is like a thrift store with people ringing the bell during Christmas for yearly bonuses.

good will is not a charity, it is a business that gets free stock from people who think they are donating to charity, look it and the owners up. The red cross is a one world government organization that supports terrorists and the UN, they found crates of cash being moved by the red cross. Also the red cross only gives a very small portion of every dollar donated to help people. The vast majority goes to the HUGE salaries of the top people and the other workers. It is a vile organization that slaps on some makeup when a disaster strikes to put on a good face. Also those phone calls asking for donations, well about 90% goes to the telemarketing company, never ever ever donate to the call centers, most of which are in shithole countries.

Wow. Thank you for explaining. Had no idea Goodwill made so much money. Insane!

I just found out about Kars4Kids recently and thought that was bad. Will think twice about Goodwill now.

I used to think goodwill was a charity, its a business built on conning people for stock for their thrift stores. I generally decline all donations except for a select couple of local ones (ie: kids hospital)
