That is highly unusual so yes, it's significant.… t.co/rjBR2YCQPy"

https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/6234142/united-states-v-flynn/?order_by=desc So New Lawyer Powell says incomplete files,Old attorneys kept some,it looks like Flynn still owes them money. Holding the files would be unethical possibly illegal. Thats how I read it

Cates is wrong in this instance--what is highly unusual isn't so much that a senior legal ethics attorney from the DC bar in--what is unusual and extremely serious is the charge that Powell has leveled against Flynn's former counsel of not turning over all of the items in his file--FBI notes, legal actions, filings etc. Glad you posted--but yeah, this is an extremely serious charge that Sidney Powell is making--it is only natural that ethics counselors be there.

I believe we shall name this the Trump Team Twist. Can you believe Flynn's previous legal team had been compromised against their own client, I can. If so, should be the end of this law firm and Flynn will be retiring to an island of his choice. Tell him to avoid the Virgin Islands.

It's GOOD. It means they're going by the letter of the law, not DS manipulation.
