The judiciary needs to stop overstepping its Constitutional Authority. The Executive Branch should just do it anyway and force a constitutional showdown.

It doesnt matter, there was no time left to put it on the 2020 census anyway, Instead they are going to use the federal agencies to count up things like welfare recipients ect, It will be a much more accurate way of counting because people can just lie on the census or not fill in the form + this way cant be blocked by a judge.

And it's Roberts again who is behind that. From the sub's article:
Chief Justice John Roberts wrote in last month's 5-4 decision that the reason for the question’s inclusion — enforcing the Voting Rights Act — was "contrived" and blocked it from appearing on the census for the time being, unless officials provided a rationale in line with the evidence in the case.

How about no one cares what the judge says and we continue to work to fix our country.
Tired of HUMAN COMPROMISE running and ruining our country.

What if the whole thing has been to gaslight the ones that oppose it...simply to show the lengths they are willing to go to block it...even some normies still asleep will casually notice...by asking...what is the big deal??? Some may decide to look into it themselves or be open to hearing from others "what the big deal is". It gets a lot of attention focusing on the issue that otherwise would have just disappeared.

https://archive.ph/YuHb2 :
'The order, signed by Judge Jesse Furman, was jointly drafted by the parties opposing the citizenship question. '
'A similar proposed order is expected to be filed in the Maryland citizenship question case, one of the lawyers involved told The Hill last week. '
'But the president last week conceded defeat over the citizenship question, instead signing the executive order on collecting citizenship information through other means — the original recommendation made by the Census Bureau. '
'Opponents of the citizenship question have argued that including it on the census would lead to an undercount of minority groups, particularly Hispanics and immigrants, and an overall inaccurate count of the U.S. population. ', "Trump initially signaled after the justices' ruling that he would push forward with the attempt to get the question included on the 2020 census, setting off further legal efforts in Furman’s court and in another Maryland lawsuit challenging the question over an alleged discriminatory intent."
