Destroy the government.

Derram? Think that's the right name. Please make script that turns all these posts into auto-archive links. Thanks. Most likely the wrong place to bring this up. Anyways, couple should've stood their ground. Lavoy finicum style.

@Derram only archives sites that he considers "bad" from what I understand. It would be nice if he archived everything but I don't know what his processing power / server / bot is capable of.

I dont get it just say no if they force their way on your property thats tresspassing which is the greater crime. Collectingnwater or trespassing hint one can get you shot

You can't protect an on going crime with property rights. Water rights are a complex topic in the west.
It's fucked up, but they moved there. They should have investigated more. In a lot of places when you purchase the land you do not automatically own the mineral rights.
On the other hand, I don't know how a pond denies the state the water in the first place especially when being used for irrigation since it will return naturally to the watershed.
[–] vastrightwing 0 points 6 points 6 points (+6|-0) ago
Exactly. It's all about government asserting its rights over and above citizen's. Schools take parental rights away because they can. Courts force parents to make their children change their gender because they can. They force you to vaccinate your children because the pharmaceutical companies can require it. They tax your property because they can. And when they run out of money due to over spending they tax the rain water running off your property because they can.

This isn't a cistern, it's a 4 million gallon lake.

You keep repeating this like a salty communist faggot that doesn't comprehend property rights.
The state doesn't own the rain bitch.

The government thinks they do until a lawyer from Nestle's tells them otherwise.
[–] vastrightwing 0 points 4 points 4 points (+4|-0) ago
Correct. Nestle's pays the government a vig so they can drain municipal water supplies to zero for profit.

There is no such thing as "a little government". This is a marvelous black pill. For every time morality wins in America today evil wins 10,000 times.
While there is life there is always the possibility of turning things around. But stories like this show how very very far away that goal is.

This is the proper response.
Should have a massive protest movement that just help each other to dig protest ponds as a giant fuck you to the state.
