In Europe they hid the added unnatural fluoride in the salt.
Real Celtic Sea Salt and Himalayan salt has trace amounts of naturally occurring fluoride - not the same as what they were / are adding to the salt when Europeans blocked it being dumped in their water.

Sorry to tell you ... but you seriously need to decide once and for all:
Is it the PINEAL gland - pretty much in the center of the brain (protected by a bone called skull) - which produces DMT that - without a blocker - falls apart within seconds ...
Or do you refer to the ADRENAL glands which sit attached to the kidneys under the midriff/ diaphragm next to the liver?
I’m not about ridiculing anybody because the topic - if true - is far too serious. But you have to take your time and familiarize yourself with some basic anatomy.
Hint: The pineal gland doesn’t make sense whatsoever because a) it’s not responsible for adrenaline and b) the valuable DMT is spontaneously released in a minuscule amount without any chance of exact prediction which is unfortunate since 1) it is only stable for seconds and 2) needs a higher state of consciousness which is the opposite of being terrorized for hours.

I’m mostly trying to cya in case you want to tell somebody about “pedovores”, “walnutsauce”, “satanic ritual abuse”, “adrenochrome”,... and suddenly there’s talk about “glands” and what they put into our body.
Since it is one of the less controversial things being acknowledged and proven for 100+ years even Wikipedia got those two articles right.
Sometimes you don’t need be “on the top of scientific studies” when doing your basic homework keeps you from being (“rightfully”?) laughed at.
If you want to educate someone you better know what you’re talking about. It’s the same everywhere.
Just look up “adrenal glands”. They look like walnuts.
